We have instituted Prestige Gurukul – an umbrella under which all the Learning & Development initiatives in TTK Prestige are undertaken – to keep our employees in sync with the recent technological developments in the market and to encourage them to constantly learn & adapt. We have 3 categories of programs – tailor-made to suit the needs of each employee group.
Executive Development Program
Being an organization that ensures quality in all our products, we ensure that all our employees are trained on the key aspects of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & 5S. For the employees in sales, we give prominence to programmes like selling skills, negotiation skills, etc. We also constantly conduct skill-based programs such as Communication & Presentation-Skills for our employees in the front-line.
Managerial Development Program
We focus on the development needs of Managers who are in different stages of their career transition. We partner with best-in-class organizations to provide a good learning experience for our employees. We have programs that cater to the needs of employees who are transitioning from Individual Contributors to First Time Managers. On the similar lines, we also conduct programs for experienced Professionals to address their functional and behavioural needs.
Apart from this, we have regular programs to groom interested employees into functional Trainers, Goal-setting workshops, and many more.
Leadership Development Program
We ensure that the leaders in the organization are well-equipped to handle future roles that may arise as the organization grows. In order to meet these needs, we ally with various external agencies such as IIM Bangalore to provide the senior management in the organization with the necessary training.
