There is a popular saying that “First Impressions Last Long”. This applies to new employees who join the TTK Prestige family. Empirical research findings suggest that the first 3 months can either make or break a mutually long and rewarding tenure for the new employee. Therefore, we believe that it is extremely important for us to integrate the new employee across levels into TTK Prestige in a structured manner in the first 3 months and drive a deeper understanding within him/her about the company, culture, people, products, processes, roles and responsibilities and to a large extent our customers.
To meet this end, we have our Corporate Induction Program - Saksham. Saksham means enabling. We consider it our responsibility to enable each and every one of our employees in the best possible manner so that they get effectively assimilated into TTK Prestige and smoothly transition into their roles.
Campus to Corporates:
We have special induction programs for Management Trainees (MTs) and Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) who are hired from eminent business schools and engineering colleges pan-India with a focus on introducing them to the overall aspects of the business.
