Providing management trainees with an opportunity to work at Prestige has been an age old practice. This allows developing future talent not only for our needs but also for the Industry.
The following methodology is used -
A management trainee starts with induction and orientation program for 2 weeks at HO and Zonal Office.
Subsequent training at Branch for 6 months under the guidance of the Zonal Manager.
During these 6 months, the organisation recognises the potential of a candidate and accordingly places them in the suitable position for next 6 months.
These 6 months are completely on the job training where the candidate gets hands-on exposure to a real business scenario.
After the above training, suitable candidates are handpicked for vital assignments at Prestige either as Area Sales Manager or Product Manager. We are looking for passion, commitment and motivation as vital traits in all our recruits.
