Falling on 18 February this year, Shivratri brings a divine and festive period to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva. Devotees of Shiva follow the Mahashivratri fast or vrat with immense fervour. Likewise, a few worshippers consume satvik food, which is pure vegetarian and light in nature and doesn’t include onion or garlic. Chef Roopa Nabar has created such a satvik spread for this divine festival.
