As studied from the empirical research, the first 3 months can either make or break a mutually long and rewarding tenure for the new employee. As a result, we believe it is vital to integrate new employees into TTK Prestige at all levels in a structured manner.

Saksham, a Corporate Induction Program, is our way of putting our beliefs into action and providing the best possible support to each of our employees. “To make possible” being the essence of Saksham, we ensure that new trainees get a deeper grasp of the company, culture, people, products, processes, roles and responsibilities, and, to a significant extent, our customers.

TTK Prestige values excellence and growth, which is why we conduct special induction and talent management programs for Management Trainees (MTs) and Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). Coming from prestigious business schools and engineering colleges pan-India, the trainees are hired to provide exposure to the overall aspects of the business.
